Doskonalenie systemu motywowania

Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie doskonalenia systemu motywowania do pracy na przykładzie TP S.A. Przedstawiono teoretyczne zagadnienia dotyczące motywowania pracowników. Opisano istotę i rodzaje motywacji, główne teorie wyjaśniające zjawisko motywacji oraz elementy systemu motywowania. Zaprezentowano typologię narzędzi motywowania. Dokonano charakterystyki badanej firmy - powstanie i rozwój przedsiębiorstwa, zakres i strategia działania, zatrudnienie i polityka personalna. Przedstawiono analizę systemu motywacyjnego w badanej firmie – charakterystykę badanej populacji, identyfikację głównych czynników motywacyjnych, znaczenie wynagrodzeń oraz strukturę niematerialnych czynników motywacji.
