Detección de daño experimental en marcos planos a cortante

Abstract

En este trabajo se estudian métodos para detección de daño que utilizan los registros obtenidos de pruebas de vibración ambiental. Lo que se busca es detectar daño en las columnas de modelos a escala de marcos planos a cortante mediante la correlación entre los registros obtenidos de un modo de vibrar en particular. Cada uno de estos vectores representa la energía capturada de cada modo de vibrar de en un estado con o sin daño. Se seleccionó el Método Proper Ortogonal Decomposition (POD) ya que, mediante los criterios que se describirán posteriormente, se tiene la posibilidad de detectar cambios en las propiedades dinámicas de las estructuras estudiadas. Este cambio representa variaciones en las propiedades físicas (rigidez), lo que se puede interpretar como daño estructural.
