Abstract

Confrontar una experiencia con una reflexión de cómo se da, la relación desarrollo urbano, participación social, derecho urbano. Nos ha obligado a profundizar en el conocimiento análisis y estudio del derecho urbano, por considerar que es el único medio de participar de manera positiva en la planeación, regulación y ordenamiento del desarrollo urbano. El análisis de los diferentes actores que intervienen en la planeación urbana, nos han demostrado que tienen una perspectiva y visión distinta del derecho urbano. Después de una serie de entrevistas a los diferentes actores que manejan o intervienen en el desarrollo urbano, nos permitió comprobar que un número muy reducido conocen a fondo la normatividad jurídica, las leyes, los planes y programas de desarrollo urbano que conforman el derecho urbano.
