¿Cercanos o Distantes?: los estudiantes de psicología en la modalidad presencial y a distancia de la FES-Iztacala

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca explorar algunas de las dimensiones que pudieran contribuir a describir quiénes son y por qué los estudiantes optan por programas de modalidades alternas, así como sus implicaciones en términos del papel que pueden representar dichas alternativas para ampliar e igualar las oportunidades de acceso y permanencia en el sistema educativo, estudiando específicamente el caso de los estudiantes de segundo semestre de la carrera de Psicología de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores-Iztacala. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo no solo es necesario hablar de la tecnologización como tal, sino de la sociedad mexicana como contexto de la incorporación de los actores sociales a estas nuevas alternativas en los procesos productivos, educativos y culturales, entre otros. Por ello me referiré a algunos aspectos estructurales que dan contexto a este tema de investigación.
