Abstract

La existencia de normativa técnica sobre accesibilidad en diferentes ámbitos está suponiendo una herramienta de conocimiento y consenso, así como un estímulo para la competitividad de las empresas. Factores decisivos en España para que se hayan producido avances en la accesibilidad, además de la legislación estatal y autonómica, han sido los convenios de colaboración entre el Imserso, la Fundación ONCE, las corporaciones locales y el Fondo Social Europeo. Muchos lugares de España iniciaron su andadura en la accesibilidad gracias a estos convenios.
