Cuidado vocal para cantantes

Abstract

Ante los principales riesgos vocales detectados en una investigación, donde se hizo una revisión fonológica a aspirantes y alumnos de primer ingreso a la licenciatura de Música con Orientación en Canto de la Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango (UJED), se exponen sugerencias para los cantantes sobre el cuidado de la voz. Esas recomendaciones están relacionadas con las condiciones de salud, los hábitos personales, la alimentación y el consumo de sustancias, el uso de medicamentos, las emociones, el ambiente, el sueño, las consideraciones psicológicas y la utilización de la voz
