Red profesional de capacitación en competencias básicas

Abstract

Se muestran los resultados del trabajo colaborativo con los Centros de Educación Pública de Andalucía en la 'Red Profesional de Capacitación en Competencias Básicas'. El Centro de Educación Pública Marbella-Coín ha creado la 'Red Profesional de Capacitación en Competencias' en la que se implementa la plataforma colaborativa Moodle. El objetivo de la plataforma es desarrollar competencias profesionales docentes en un proceso formativo y autoformativo que se denomina 'formación en la acción'. Se describe la experiencia y el trabajo desarrollado en el modelo formativo de capacitación en competencias básicas propuesto. Se presentan los resultados y las conclusiones de los centros en Educación Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria, que participaron en dicha red.
