Formación en competencias : aprender a aprender y competencia digital

Abstract

Se describe la experiencia de formación del profesorado sobre competencias básicas del Instituto de Educación Secundaria (IES) 'El Parador' de Almería. La formación del profesorado se ha centrado en dos competencias básicas: 1) aprender a aprender; 2) el tratamiento de la información y la competencia digital. En primer lugar se realiza una breve revisión del marco legal que regula el currículo de la Enseñanza Secundaria. A continuación, se describen las semejanzas y diferencias de los modelos curriculares de la Ley de Ordenación General del Sistema Educativo (LOGSE) y Ley Orgánica de Educación (LOE). De acuerdo con el modelo DIDEPRO de regulación de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje se revisan las competencias de 'aprender a aprender' y la competencia digital. Finalmente, se describe paso a paso la planificación de la formación del profesorado del IES el Parador.
