Estudio cualitativo sobre perfiles de empleo femeninos y sectores empresariales : una acción orientadora

Abstract

Se analiza por una parte, la situación que presentan las mujeres adultas frente al empleo y las demandas de los sectores empresariales especialmente aquellos sectores a los que desean acceder, y por otra, se atiende a los perfiles de empleo más comunes que presenta este colectivo y a los perfiles de empleo que demandan las empresas. Para ello, se realizó un estudio de enfoque cualitativo mediante un estudio de casos, y para la recogida de información se utilizó la entrevista estructurada. Los resultados muestran que las características que presentan las mujeres frente al empleo y sus necesidades de orientación producen un desajuste entre los perfiles femeninos ofertados y los perfiles demandados por las empresas.
