El aprendizaje on-line : oportunidades y retos en instituciones politécnicas

Abstract

Se presentan las necesidades y oportunidades que estudiantes aprendices (de la generación Net) traen consigo cuando deciden regresar a instituciones de educación superior para continuar sus estudios. Se analizan las posibilidades de acceso a contenidos en línea así como los datos de la investigación sobre aprendizajes on-line en Canadá. Las conclusiones de la investigación se comparan con las aportaciones que se han hecho en lo relativo a la nueva generación de estudiantes y su uso de las tecnologías, así como el comportamiento registrado por la muestra (preferencias y estilos de aprendizaje, su uso de las nuevas tecnologías). Se plantean igualmente oportunidades innovadoras para conectar aprendizajes y contexto laboral y recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones.
