Las competencias socioafectivas y emocionales en las organizaciones laborales

Abstract

Un correcto funcionamiento en la organización laboral dependerá de la identificación de los perfiles profesionales acordes con cada puesto de trabajo, es decir, la adecuación persona-puesto. Basándose en los modelos coonceptuales de Salovey-Mayer, Goleman y Bar-On que actualmente apoyan la investigación en el campo de la inteligencia emocional, la autora pretende conjugar dos elementos relacionados entre sí: la inteligencia emocional y las competencias profesionales, en concreto aquellas más intangibles que resultan necesarias para cualquier tipo de trabajo y que se encuentran vinculadas más específicamente al ámbito socioafectivo y emocional. El planteamiento realizado indica cuáles son las competencias sociales, afectivas y emocionales que resultan más significativas en el contexto laboral, de carácter intangible y, por lo tanto, serán útiles para cualquier miembro de una organización, independientemente del puesto de trabajo que ocupe. .
