Abstract

La integración del alumno, recién ingresado en el ámbito escolar, se encuentra en estrecha relación con la conducta del profesorado; la actitud del profesor durante el plan de acogida será más fructífera que la depurada elaboración teórica del mismo. Haciendo alusión a la bibliografía de diversos autores del campo de la psiquiatría y la filosofía, se trata la importancia de la formación de la identidad personal y el sentimiento de aceptación, atención y acogida por parte del alumno. Se aboga por una educación intercultural que favorezca la integración igualitaria del alumno en la escuela..
