Competencias ciudadanas para la alfabetización digital

Abstract

Planteamiento de la educación sobre, a través y para la ciudadanía. Se proponen la información y la construcción de conocimiento, las habilidades de indagación y comunicación y las habilidades de participación y acción responsable como tres formas para abordar las competencias ciudadanas por medio de las TIC (en historia y ciencias sociales de secundaria), así como la presentación de las herramientas informáticas utilizadas y los resultados obtenidos tras una investigación chilena realizada sobre la puesta en marcha de esta propuesta. .
