La medición de actividades formativas

Abstract

El profesor Langer presenta un nuevo índice denominado 'Training Activity Degree' (TAD) que puede suplir a métodos considerados inadecuados de medición de actividades formativas ya que explican mal las variaciones en las actividades de formación y los éxitos personales u organizativos en la interacción con la formación o presentan problemas a la hora de efectuar comparaciones estadísticas entre países, industrias, profesiones o grupos demográficos.
