Abstract

En las empresas artesanales de Alemania no suele ser el maestro el que forma en el puesto de trabajo sino el oficial u otros trabajadores, aún cuando éstos últimos no dispongan de cualificación pedagógica alguna. El autor realiza algunas propuestas para mejorar las competencias de estos trabajadores.
