Inauguración del curso académico universitario

Abstract

Se transcribe el discurso que pronunció el Ministro de Educación y Ciencia, D. José Luis Villar Palasí, sobre la reforma del sistema educativo, el Libro Blanco de la educación y la situación de la enseñanza universitaria en España. El discurso fue pronunciado en el acto inaugural del curso académico 1969-1970, en el Paraninfo de la Universidad madrileña de la calle San Bernardo, al que asistieron además de las autoridades, el claustro de profesores y numeroso público estudiantil.
