Trabajo docente en equipo en evaluación formativa : redes de trabajo y trabajo en red en Educación Física

Abstract

Una de las principales características de la docencia universitaria del siglo XXI es la necesidad de vincular la innovación y la investigación, y a la vez, que éstas sean el resultado de un trabajo colaborativo entre docentes preocupados tanto por una docencia de calidad, como por una implicación cada vez mas exhaustiva del alumnado en su propio proceso educativo. Desde las diferentes Universidades los programas de Mejora e Innovación Docente se representa el marco de referencia que hace posible la mejora continua de la docencia, dando impulso y apoyo a la innovación docente, y estimulando las actividades de intercambio y experiencias docentes. Se presenta la experiencia de trabajo docente en equipo vinculada a los estudios de Magisterio de Educación Física y Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte de diferentes universidades catalanas, en torno a la innovación en la evaluación como un proceso formativo y participativo.
