Alineación constructiva y aprendizaje autorregulado en la Universidad

Abstract

Uno de los objetivos prioritarios de la educación, consiste en conseguir personas responsables, con libertad de enjuiciar críticamente la sociedad en la que viven y con capacidad para dirigir sus acciones hacia las metas que se han fijado para sí. Un estudiante autorregulado se caracteriza por su competencia para darse cuenta y controlar los aspectos cognitivos, afectivos, conductuales y contextuales que giran en torno a su aprendizaje. Para que el sistema educativo sea capaz de formar personas autorreguladas es necesaria una intervención desde tres ámbitos: el personal, el didáctico y el institucional. El profesor debe revisar cuáles son sus concepciones personales sobre la enseñanza y el aprendizaje y en qué medida sus acciones responden a sus creencias pedagógicas. Didácticamente, es preciso valorar si están convenientemente alineados los objetivos que se pretenden, las actividades que se proponen y los sistemas de evaluación que se utilizan. Finalmente la institución universitaria también debe repensar si sus prácticas educativas reflejan bien aquello que se declara como misión y proyecto.
