El perfeccionamiento del profesorado

Abstract

Se plantea el problema del perfeccionamiento del profesorado. Se parte de la premisa de que los métodos y contenidos adquiridos en la formación inicial del profesorado siempre son susceptibles de ser readaptados, mejorados y perfeccionados. Se reafirma el rol de la Administración y de la Inspección para asegurar el perfeccionamiento del profesorado y se subraya la idea de que aquello que se descubra y aplique en el aula también ha de ser utilizado para mejorar el sistema educativo en su totalidad.
