Abstract

Se define la naturaleza de la televisión educativa como un servicio específico de televisión con unas funciones y unos procedimientos propios; que trata de ayudar al maestro en su tarea educativa y que debe formar parte de la escuela española. Por ello, la televisión escolar requiere para su puesta en marcha mantener unas estrechas relaciones entre el Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia y otros organismos educativos y Televisión Española. Además, este tipo de televisión requiere de unas técnicas concretas de elaboración en su contenido y presentación, así como unas normas peculiares de explotación.
