Organismos internacionales y funcionarios internacionales

Abstract

En este ensayo se explican las dificultades a las que se enfrentan los organismos internacionales y cómo los funcionarios que en ellos trabajan, han de adaptarse y superar ésos problemas. Han de enfrentarse a los problemas sociales y económicos que se refieren, ante todo, a los países menos favorecidos. Por otro lado, la cada vez más evidente división del planeta en mundo rico y mundo pobre o países desarrollados y países en vías de desarrollo y las zonas de influencia económica, ideológica y militar. Además, tienen que superar el desarrollo de las actividades internacionales por fuera de las Organizaciones Internacionales y la burocratización de los organismos internacionales.
