Abstract

Los estudios en matemáticas han perdido fuerza en geometría, quedando al margen las matemáticas que tenían que ver con las imágenes. Este mundo de las imágenes y las matemáticas es el fundamento del diseño de cualquier infraestructura, como son las carreteras, donde las curvas clotoideas cobran gran importancia. Se detalla el diseño de una curva clotoide. Se presentan las herramientas que se necesitan para la práctica de la geometría y los pasos necesarios para llevar a cabo el diseño de una revista clotoidea.
