Modelos de organización de la función directiva de centros católicos en la unión Europea

Abstract

Se exponen las diferentes fórmulas, tanto jurídicas como económicas, organizativas o de gestión utilizadas en países de la Unión Europea con presencia significativa de la escuela católica para mantenerla, promoverla y asegurar su orientación católica y su continuidad sin presencia de religiosos. Se concluye con la idea de que ningún modelo resulta extrapolable tal cual a otra realidad y se apuesta por la colaboración interinstitucional para articular organizativamente la custodia y el carácter católico de los centros educativos.
