El profesor-mediador, experto dinamizador de la mejora educativa

Abstract

Trata del papel crucial que desempeñan los profesores en el cambio educativo. Para ofrecer a sus alumnos una educación de calidad necesitan una formación continua que les faculte para combatir el fracaso escolar. El profesor es el mediador entre los conocimientos, el saber y la cultura y los alumnos. En sus manos está el enseñarles a pensar, a desarrollarse, a enfrentarse a la vida pero también asistidos por la familia que tiene su responsabilidad en la labor educativa.
