Evaluación de los cambios organizativos en la reforma española de 1990

Abstract

Con la Reforma de 1990, surgen algunos cambios de naturaleza muy diversa. Se analiza el alcance que tienen esos cambios para la consecución de la calidad, en cuanto a la capacidad que adquieren para incidir sobre aspectos educativos. Se plantea la evaluación como una reflexión rigurosa sobre la realidad, que se hace imprescindible para entender y valorar los cambios, con el fin de incidir sobre ellos y transformar la dinámica de su implantación y desarrollo.
