¿Escuela rural o escuela en lo rural? : algunas anotaciones sobre una frase hecha

Abstract

Se presenta una investigación que analiza el problema de la escuela rural, y trata de darle la vuelta para poner al descubierto determinados significados que suelen quedar ocultos. Se pretende demostrar que la institución escolar históricamente ejerce un papel sobre el medio rural, tanto a través del concepto que se tiene sobre la escuela, como a través de las diferentes intervenciones que representan los distintos niveles de concreción curricular, desde la legislación hasta la práctica cotidiana del profesorado en sus aulas.
