Programa de asesoramiento universitario-84 (P.A.U.-84) : análisis y evaluación de una experiencia en la Universidad de Valencia

Abstract

El PAU-84 es una experiencia de intervención psicológica dirigida a los estudiantes de COU del distrito universitario de Valencia, con el fin de ayudar a la toma de decisión vocacional respecto a la Universidad. Se presenta el diseño de acción que consta de las siguientes fases: preparación y elaboración de instrumentos; exploración colectiva; asesoramiento individual; y seguimiento. Se muestran los resultados más relevantes sobre los 293 estudiantes que siguieron el PAU-84, respecto a las preferencias vocacionales y el asesoramiento recibido. Surgen tres grandes grupos vocacionales con características diferenciales y se obtiene un error en la clasificación del dos por ciento. Se evalúa el PAU-84 mediante seguimiento, interviniendo psicólogos y estudiantes.
