Abstract

La reforma integral de la Universidad que se propone el régimen franquista, incluye también la reinstauración de los Colegios Mayores, para la tutela y vigilancia del estudiante, y así, alejarles de los hospedajes que desvirtúan la moral de los jóvenes y que inducen al alboroto y al desorden. Se restauran los Colegios Mayores como órganos obligatorios en todas las universidades, con la función de formación no sólo intelectual, sino moral, religiosa y ciudadana de los estudiantes.
