Novedades y enmiendas al proyecto de Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2003

Abstract

Se comentan las principales novedades del proyecto en torno a la enseñanza concertada. Éste determina el régimen jurídico y económico del concierto educativo, estableciendo las bases mínimas de financiación que las Administraciones educativas no pueden modificar a la baja. Incorpora novedades que afectan, fundamentalmente, a las enseñanzas concertadas de niveles no obligatorios. Los aspectos más significativos son los módulos de conciertos continuistas, los de Formación Profesional, el módulo de Bachillerato y los de concierto específico para Ceuta y Melilla. Por último, se comentan las enmiendas y propuestas de mejora de la Ley, promovidas por FERE.
