Mujeres, igualdad de oportunidades y transición sociolaboral

Abstract

Se defiende por igual el papel del hombre y de la mujer en la sociedad y se considera la contribución del sistema educativo a este respecto. Se hace un recorrido histórico de la discriminación de la mujer manifestada en su lenta incorporación al mercado laboral, en la escasa promoción dentro del mismo y en el menor nivel retributivo. Se apunta la necesidad de cambiar los estereotipos de géneros y la importancia de la orientación sociolaboral.
