El juego como recurso educativo : guía antológica

Abstract

La obra se estructura en dos partes. En la primera se abordan los fundamentos pedagógicos del juego y su devenir en la histora de la educación, dese la antigüedad clásica hasta la contemporaneidad. La segunda parte es una guía que presenta dos categorías de juego: la primera, tendente al desarrollo de la coordinación de los movimientos; la segunda, dirigida al cultivo intelectual. Estas categorías incluyen: 1) Juegos de pelota, tabas y dados, peonzas y perinolas, lanzamiento y precisión, persecución y búsqueda. 2) Juegos de tablero, de construcción, de corro, de suelo, y de simulación. Se presenta, en primer lugar, una iconografía del grupo de juegos a realizar; se señalan sus antecedentes históricos; se indican las virtualidades pedagógicas del juego en cuestión; se incluye una ficha de análisis de un juego prototipo en cada grupo; y, finalmente, se ponen de manifiesto los materiales así como el tiempo, lugar, edad, etc. El juego prototipo se ha elegido atendiendo a la variada gama de áreas curriculares tales como Educación Intercultural, para la Salud, Ciencias Sociales, Lógico-matemáticas, Educación Moral, etc..
