Abstract

El desarrollo del término inmersión es una categoría relativamente nuevo dentro de la educación bilingüe, sin embargo, estos programas se están introduciendo paulatinamente en una variedad de niveles dentro de los sistemas educativos, desde el nivel preescolar hasta el superior, y en varias formas, desde la disciplina basada en la enseñanza de idiomas hasta la plena inmersión.
