Abstract

Trabajo que describe y justifica las diferencias que se establecen en la enseñanza interactiva entre profesores de EGB con experiencia y estudiantes para profesores. Se compara la conducta docente del profesorado con la de los alumnos en formación o maestros noveles y se analizan las decisiones, las diversas situaciones y factores que inciden en el desarrollo de la clase y en las prácticas de enseñanza de los alumnos en formación..
