Abstract

El artículo desarrolla los siguentes tres niveles de análisis, en torno a la sociología del trabajo: 1. Teórico, donde se ponen de manifiesto los rasgos de la vieja y nueva sociología del trabajo y sus diferencias. Asímismo, se exponen los grandes cambios sociales experimentados por el hecho social del trabajo, los cuales han provocado correlativos cambios en el objeto del estudio de la disciplina. 2. Práctico: explicita qué sociología del trabajo y qué temas son los más adecuados en el contexto de una Facultad de Educación, donde se imparte. 3. Un tercer nivel (anexos) en el cual se reflexiona sobre la nueva especialidad, pedagogía socio-laboral, en la cual se encuadra la enseñanza de sociología del trabajo .
