Abstract

El concepto de liderazgo, y todo lo que su alrededor se ha desarrollado, resulta excesivamente amplio y complejo para tratarlo de forma práctica e integrada en un artículo de estas dimensiones. En consecuencia, estas líneas van enfocadas únicamente desde dos aspectos: descubrir cómo influyen los líderes en sus organizaciones y presentar brevemente algunas ideas que debieran ser conocidas por aquella persona que quiera dirigir satisfactoriamente una organización de personas.
