Carrera profesional de las maestras y matrimonio

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza en profundidad una de las razones por las que las maestras encuentran obstáculos para acceder a los puestos de dirección escolar, puestos en las que están infrarrepresentadas en comparación con su presencia como docentes en la enseñanza obligatoria. Dicha razón es la incompatibilidad entre matrimonio y planificación de su carrera profesional, ya que el tiempo necesario para ello es invertido en la carrera de sus parejas respectivas.
