Evaluación psicométrica del cuestionario de orientación de los entrenadores en una muestra de entrenadores españoles de balonmano

Abstract

El propósito de este estudio fue desarrollar un cuestionario para investigar las orientaciones que adoptan de los entrenadores españoles de balonmano en el proceso de entrenamiento. El trabajo se desarrolló en cuatro fases al objeto de mejorar la comprensión de los ítems, validar el cuestionario y refinar las propiedades psicométricas del instrumento. En el estudio participaron 334 entrenadores españoles de balonmano, el 86.5 por ciento hombres y el 13.2 por ciento mujeres. Surgieron seis factores del análisis factorial exploratorio del cuestionario: orientación hacia el trabajo colectivo, orientación tecnológica, orientación innovadora, orientación al diálogo, orientación directiva, y una orientación de clima social. Los resultados estadísticos indicaron que los factores encontrados tenían una validez y fiabilidad adecuadas (a.70), acreditando a este cuestionario como una herramienta útil para identificar las orientaciones que adoptan los entrenadores en los procesos de entrenamiento.
