Interpretación del medio y educación ambiental análisis automático de actitudes ambientales

Abstract

En esta investigación se elabora y propone un método de análisis automático de actitudes ambientales que se aplica a la construcción de test de parejas de imágenes ambientales. Estos test reúnen dimensiones o escalas independientes de las predisposiciones del público ante los paisajes y otros aspectos del medio ambiente.. Se emplean 680 parejas de fotografías de escenas de comportamientos ambientales, para analizar las dimensiones fundamentales de las actitudes infantiles ante el entorno. En el trabajo se encuentran hasta seis dimensiones incorreladas relacionadas con distintas posibilidades de comportamiento. Se observa en este estudio que las escalas que se obtienen del análisis automático de actitudes ambientales son sensibles a cambios producidos en el transcurso de una actividad de educación ambiental y también a diferencias intergrupales en la apreciación del medio ambiente.. Entre las aplicaciones del método desarrollado, además de la educación ambiental, destacan la interpretación del medio y la planificación ambiental en las áreas relativas a la percepción de la calidad de vida..
