¿MEJORAN LOS RESULTADOS CON EL NUEVO SISTEMA DE SELECTIVIDAD?

Abstract

Se describen los tres modelos de acceso a la universidad habidos en el periodo 1994-2010, y se citan algunas de las investigaciones realizadas en el campo del análisis de resultados. Los datos han sido aportados por la Universidad del País Vasco, individuales y por centros desde 1994 hasta 2008, así como los referidos a los dos últimos cursos elaborados por dicha universidad. Se ha realizado un análisis descriptivo mediante Excel y SPSS. La nota media de la prueba, antes de realizar la media con el expediente del Bachillerato, tiene una tendencia al alza, suave sin altibajos y lenta pero constante. Cada vez que ha cambiado el modelo de acceso las condiciones se han suavizado y la nota media ha subido. Con el último modelo las características de las dos fases son muy diferentes. La fase general produce mejores medias que el curso anterior y también mejores medias en las mismas materias con respecto a la fase específica. Son resultados válidos para la Universidad del País Vasco, algunos de ellos coincidentes con los de otras universidades, pero hay que esperar a las siguientes convocatorias para dar validez a las conclusiones.
