Abstract

Se expone una experiencia de formación permanente del profesorado realizada en el IES Mutxamel (Alicante). Su objetivo es fomentar la reflexión sobre la práctica docente a través de la organización de club de lectura de obras de temática docente, pueden ser novela o ensayos, en ocasiones puede incluirse el visionado de películas. En el artículo, se explica el sistema de funcionamiento del club.
