¿Indisciplina? Disrupción

Abstract

El término disrupción se refiere a las conductas de los alumnos dentro de las clases, que tienen como resultado que el profesor no pueda dar clase: llamar la atención, reclamar un lugar en el grupo o manifestar su deficiente historia académica. Las consecuencias son retraso del aprendizaje y deterioro progresivo del clima del aula. Las normas existentes en las aulas no son consensuadas, son impuestas y provocan indisciplina. La conductas disruptivas son conductas complejas y en ellas influyen factores muy diversos, de tipo social y familiar. En toda conducta disruptiva hay una parte visible que son las conductas de los alumnos en las aulas. Y una parte sumergida, que explica por qué tienen lugar estas conductas: las ideas, teorías, opiniones del profesorado y alumnado que sirven de apoyo a dichas conductas. Por otro lado, los planes de convivencia en los centros educativos son una oportunidad para planificar la respuesta a las conductas disruptivas. Son varios los puntos en los que deben incidir los planes de actuación. Entre ellos están: establecer medidas en el currículo, basadas en la atención a la diversidad; formular una nueva organización de los centros; aplicar estrategias para la mejora del clima escolar; gestionar la convivencia y formar a los profesores en gestión de los conflictos.
