Una apuesta por la salud

Abstract

En el CEPA de Vicálvaro se realiza un programa de salud con los alumnos. En este programa se ofrece una serie de hábitos para mejorar la salud y sobre todo para prevenir riesgos. Con ello se pretende hacer que el alumno se sienta responsable de su salud y que asuma la tarea de cuidarse así mismo. También ofrece una educación sanitaria para que los alumnos estén bien informados y comprendan los trastornos y alteraciones más comunes que les afectan. Algunos de los puntos principales de este curso son: gripe, catarros y síndromes febriles, problemas relacionados con el sueño, alimentación, trastornos de ánimo, consumo de alcohol, SIDA, miedos y fobias, etc..
