De la vendimia al mosto

Abstract

La escuela infantil de un colegio lleva a cabo un proyecto de granja y un huerto destinado a la implantación de valores de independencia y de comunidad. El proyecto cuenta con la ayuda de todo el personal, desde cocineras y jardineros, hasta profesores y familiares de los niños. En el huerto se siembran verduras, hortalizas y legumbres. La granja permite a los niños un acercamiento a los animales, especialmente a aquellos que viven en las ciudades. También se incluyen actividades relacionadas con la vendimia.
