Abstract

Se describe la forma como está diseñado el Programa de Actualización y Superación del Personal Docente del Bachillerato para los maestros del área de Matemáticas, referido al sistema educativo en México. Se mencionan sus componentes principales, y la forma en que los participantes consideran que satisface sus expectativas. Se plantean algunas diferencias que los maestros mexicanos han encontrado respecto a las condiciones de trabajo en otros países..
