Abstract

Presenta una experiencia educativa llevada a cabo en la Escuela de Educación Infantil Aire Libre de Alicante. A propuesta del alumnado, el aula de Educación Infantil se convierte por unos días en un restaurante, con cocineros, camareros y clientes que sirven y degustan todo tipo de manjares. Los propios alumnos han elaborado sus gorros, delantales, billetes de euro, cartas con menús y precios. Y así aprenden mientras juegan.
