Indicadores contra la ley de calidad : de los datos a la ideología

Abstract

El autor reflexiona sobre la Ley Orgánica de Calidad de la Educación. Considera que fue aprobada por el gobierno para 'disminuir las tasas de fracaso escolar en educación secundaria' sin hacer uso de los indicadores internacionales. Por ello, examina los argumentos utilizados por el gobierno para llevar a cabo la reforma y los compara con los fracasos que ha supuesto este tipo de reformas educativas en otros países europeos.
