Abstract

Existe una clara desconexión entre la vivencia social y la realidad legal que regula las calificaciones escolares, puesto que ésta ofrece un gran número de posibilidades a los alumnos y a sus padres o tutores a la hora de reclamar una calificación. El artículo proporciona información sobre la legislación que regula las calificaciones escolares, centrándose en la relacionada con la reclamación de calificaciones en los centros privados. Finaliza con la posición jurídica de docentes y equipos directivos.
