Abstract

Analiza la información, referida a los ingredientes aditivos y no aditivos, contenida en las etiquetas alimentarias. Principalmente analiza los aditivos, define este tipo de alimentos, 16 de sus 25 categorías y la forma como aparecen en las etiquetas alimentarias. Además, proporciona un listado de aditivos autorizados. Finaliza con distintas actividades para realizar en grupo.
