Relata la experiencia vivida con un alumno con comportamiento distorsionador, en un colegio público del barrio barcelonés Nou Barris, compuesto por un alumnado de familias con un nivel sociocultural bajo. Ofrece una serie de orientaciones a los docentes sobre la forma de prevenir y afrontar situaciones de este tipo, aunque la responsabilidad tiene que ser compartida entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa.
