El autor presenta y analiza con detalle el contenido de la Ley de Calidad, que introduce notables modificaciones en los distintos niveles educativos, incide en un mayor control de la organización y gestión de los centros y olvida la figura del docente. Tras el análisis, ofrece un diccionario de los términos que definen esta reforma.
